Programme overview
Supports biotechnology proof-of-concept work originating in, being implemented in, or addressing needs of North East India. KIIT-TBI is the implementing partner identified by the linked programme page.
Eligibility and conditions
- Graduate innovators, research scholars, scientists and faculty from the North East or willing to establish the venture there.
- Startups incorporated within five years of application.
What support is offered?
- Grant-in-aid for idea validation and proof of concept.
- Commercialisation-oriented support across biotech agriculture, healthcare, diagnostics, industrial biotechnology and related fields.
